MOU Signing Ceremony for the Correctional Thai Boxing Management Project to Elevate Standards to the International Level.
On Friday, September 13, 2024, at 09:00 AM, the Department of Corrections held a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony for the "Correctional Thai Boxing Management Project to Elevate Standards to the International Level." The ceremony was conducted between the Muay Thai Association Thai Heritage and RHLS Holding Company Limited.The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Yusin Chintapakorn, Vice minister of justice. Attendees included Mr. Chan Wachiradet, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Corrections (Development Division); Mr. Thanawit Chaiyanupong, President of the Muay Thai Association Thai Heritage; and RHLS Holding Company Limited, who all participated in the signing ceremony held at the Ayutthaya Youth Correctional Institution.This MOU signing reflects the implementation of the policy of Police Colonel Tawee Sodsong, Minister of Justice, to drive the Ministry of Justice towards an era of "Justice for All" or "Justice Leading the Nation," focusing on behavioral development. The initiative aims to enhance the efficiency of offender correction and rehabilitation. It also drives the implementation of a sustainable behavioral development process for inmates by developing various skills during their incarceration, aligning with the Department of Corrections’ eight-dimensional management policy, which supports the transformative goals of the Director-General of the Department of Corrections, Mr. Sahakarn Petchnerin.The Department of Corrections has partnered with the Muay Thai Association Thai Heritage and RHLS Holding Company Limited to elevate and develop Thai boxing skills among inmates to international standards. This initiative creates job and career opportunities for inmates interested in Thai boxing training, enabling them to pursue Thai boxing as a profession for a new beginning. It focuses on attitude adjustment, physical and mental development, and instilling discipline. Inmates with a passion and good technique in Thai boxing can potentially progress to higher-level boxing stages, providing an additional career option upon release.Our CEO made a special visit to a prison Muay Thai gym, showing our company's commitment to supporting rehabilitation through sports. We're honored to provide Muay Thai equipment to help these athletes continue their training.

Supporting boxing activities at the Rayong central prison
On February 11, 2025, Mr. Kritsana Thipyachan, Commander of Rayong Central Prison, along with the prison's executive team, received support from Ms. Chonmanad Vahey of RHLS HOLDING Company. The company donated interlocking floor mats for Muay Thai boxing equipment to the "Muay Thai TO BE NUMBER ONE" club of Rayong Central Prison, Zone 5 Control Area. These mats are intended for use in Muay Thai training and to prevent accidents during practice sessions. Mr. Rojanasak Asaban, Head of Zone 5 Control Area, accepted the donation. Mr. Kitti KaewSaen, Head of Zone 5 Control Work, and Zone 5 staff oversaw the assembly of the interlocking floor mats.

On Thursday, February 20, 2025, Mr. Worachai Butdabut, Director of Ayutthaya youth prison, assigned Mr. Sarut Kulsivachaya, Director of the Inmate Development Division, to represent the center in receiving sports equipment and athletic shoes donated by Ms. Chonmanad Vahey of RHLS HOLDING Company. The equipment is intended for inmates to use in Muay Thai training within the Ayutthaya youth prison. Additionally, professional Muay Thai boxer, Avatar P.K. Saenchai Muay Thai Gym, participated in the training and provided encouragement to the inmates.

On Thursday, March 6, 2025, Mr. Worachai Butdabut, Director of the Ayutthaya youth prison, assigned Mr. Sarut Kulsivachaya, Director of the Inmate Development Division, to represent the center in receiving Muay Thai sports equipment. The equipment was donated by Ms. Chonmanad Vahey, representative of RHLS HOLDING Company Limited, along with Ms. Phorjai Saithongkham and Ms. Jittimaras Bakley from the International Federation of Muaythai Associations (IFMA). The equipment is intended for inmates to use in Muay Thai training and to prepare them for competitions, in accordance with the eight-dimensional policy, specifically dimension 5: enhancing and expanding education and vocational training.

On Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 12:00 PM, Mr. Parinya Srithanyakaew, Commander of Phuket Provincial Prison, welcomed Mr. Yusin Jintapakorn, Assistant Minister to the Minister of Justice, and his delegation. The occasion marked the opening of the Sor Phayom Boxing Gym within Phuket Provincial Prison. During the event, a donation of sporting materials and equipment was received from Ms. Chonmanad Vahey of RHLS HOLDING Company. This initiative, located in Zone 6 of the prison, is intended to provide inmates with the opportunity to train in the sport of Muay Thai.

On May 1, 2025, Dr. Suppachok Khuanphachai, Warden of Khao Bin Central Prison, along with the executive team and officers of Khao Bin Central Prison, welcomed Mr. Sahakarn Phetnarin, Director-General of the Department of Corrections, who presided over the ceremony to receive the Muay Thai camp, named "Sor. Ban Insee Look Phra Yom Muay Thai Gym," along with a boxing ring and training equipment. These were donated by Ms. Chonmanad Vahey, President of RHLS Holding Company, with the aim of enhancing the efficiency of correctional and rehabilitation efforts for offenders, as well as concretely and sustainably advancing the operational processes for the development of inmate behavior through the cultivation of various skills. The ceremony took place at the Zone 5 Control Area of Khao Bin Central Prison.

Attend the opening ceremony of "Khok Nong Na of Kindness and Hope, Department of Corrections,"
On May 6, 2025, Mr. Sahakarn Phetnarin, Director-General of the Department of Corrections, and Mr. Bancha Chaowarin, Governor of Saraburi Province, jointly presided over the opening ceremony of the Royal Project Learning Center under the patronage of His Majesty King Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua, entitled "Khok Nong Na of Kindness and Hope, Department of Corrections," at the Pak Phriao Temporary Prison, under the jurisdiction of Saraburi Provincial Prison.Prior to the opening ceremony, the Director-General of the Department of Corrections visited Saraburi Provincial Prison, where he was welcomed by Mr. Kittipong Lacha, Warden of Saraburi Provincial Prison, and prison staff. They presented inmate performances as part of the rehabilitation process through various activities, including a 10-stance Phaya Yom physical exercise, a fancy drill performance, a letter formation, a tribute performance, and a rendition of the Saraburi Provincial Prison's march, motto, and identity, all to welcome the Director-General and distinguished guests.Following this, the Director-General of the Department of Corrections received Thai boxing equipment donated by RHLS Holding Company, led by Mr. Phayap Kamphan, President of the Phra Kruang Association of Thailand, Mr. Boonplook Ensarn, Dr. Rangseephrom Pariyatti, Ms. Orachin Wetwong, and Ms. Noey Chonmanad Vahey. This donation aimed to provide inmates at Saraburi Provincial Prison with the opportunity to develop Muay Thai skills, utilize their free time constructively, promote Thai soft power, encourage discipline, and enable them to use their sports knowledge and skills for future employment after release, fostering resilience and a positive attitude towards living as law-abiding citizens, thus preventing recidivism. The Director-General also visited and encouraged inmates participating in activities, including marble furniture making, wood carving, drawing, and paper-mâché. Female inmates presented their handicraft products, bakery items, Thai desserts, and herbal beverages.After the visit inside the prison, Mr. Sahakarn Phetnarin, Director-General of the Department of Corrections, together with Mr. Bancha Chaowarin, Governor of Saraburi Province, presided over the opening ceremony of the Royal Project Learning Center "Khok Nong Na of Kindness and Hope, Department of Corrections" at the Pak Phriao Temporary Prison, under Saraburi Provincial Prison. The event was attended by the Warden, Director of Correctional Institution Zone 1, and networks from the public, private, and civil sectors, as well as business establishments. Subsequently, the Director-General of the Department of Corrections and the Governor of Saraburi Province planted Golden Shower trees at the learning center and visited and encouraged the network and inmates at the nine learning stations, which were effectively and efficiently operated with the cooperation of partner networks.
